Download to your PC and Install in the Android Emulator

Download the Upvise APK file to your PC computer
Start the android Emulator
on the command line type abd install [c:\mypath]\upvise.apk (replace c:\mypath by the actual path where you downloaded upvise.pak file)
NB: you need to have the Android SDK install, click here to install it.
